We are aware that a recent update has caused some Windows computers in our LRCs and labs to lose their printers, or for them to be very slow to appear.
We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime please use these alternative printing routes:
A. All documents:
1. Go to www.kingston.ac.uk/support
2. Print Copy and Scan
3. Web Upload Page
4. Log In
5. Web Print
6. Submit a Job
7. Select Web Print Mono or Web Print Colour
8. Print Options and Account Selection
9. Upload Document
10. Upload and Complete
11. You will get to a Web Print page where it will tell you it is being held in a queue.
The job can then be released as normal although there may be some delay in the job appearing in the queue.
B. Black and white documents:
Send an email to print@kingston.ac.uk and include the document as an attachment.
If you send a document with any colour in it, it will be printed as colour and you will be charged colour printing prices.
