In Windows…
- Select File and Print
- Select the printer (colour or mono)
- Select ‘Properties’
- Under ‘Paper Source’ select ‘Bypass Tray’ from the drop down
Place your paper in the Bypass Tray and release the job.
In Macs…
Select File and Print
- Select the third drop down menu ‘Copies and Pages’
- Select ‘Paper Feed’ from the list
- In the ‘Paper Feed’ drop down box select ‘Bypass tray’ or any tray that is listed as ‘Manual’.
Place your paper in the Bypass Tray and release the job.
