To view or credit your printing and photocopying account go to My Kingston (http://go.kingston.ac.uk ) and select ePay Print from the Tools tab:
This will open a window that will allow you to login to ePay Print with your username and password:
Click on the “Log in” button and you will be taken to the summary of your print and photocopying account. You’ll see your name and current account balance as well as the total amount of print jobs and print pages you have submitted. To the left hand side, the page lists different features to help you manage your account.
For a printing and photocopying top up, click on “Add Credit”:
On the next screen, select the amount of money you want to add to your account and then confirm it by clicking the “Add value” button. Credit will be added via secure online payment and the process is similar to most online purchases.
You’ll next see a summary page. Please click on “Continue” to proceed:
You will then be asked for your Credit / Debit card details and your billing address. Fill in all the fields that end in asterisks – those are required fields.
Once you click “Continue”, your payment will be processed and you will see your current balance if you click on the “Summary” link to the left hand side.
Don’t forget to logout at the end of your transaction.
